ABOUT US
Established in Baghdad - Iraq, in 2005, as successor to
Al-Shammary Bureau for engineering services which was active in this industry since1983. The main goal for the firm is to provide engineering designs and consultancy services in different fields including infrastructure, environmental studies, and surveying works.
Enma group had several collaboration agreements with many local engineering institutions inside Iraq as well as with many international companies to provide clients with comprehensive services according to international standards.
MISSION
- To create value for our customers by providing exceptional services using a co-operative approach with academic engineering institutions and free-lance talented designers and other service providers.
VISION
- Re-instate the importance of engineering consultancy services as the most important tool in reconstruction of Iraq.
OUR CLIENTS
Services
Architectural design
Architectural design is a discipline that focuses on covering and meeting the needs and demands, to create living spaces, using certain tools and especially, creativity. Therefore, the aim is to combine the technological and the aesthetic, despite the general belief that architecture is only a technological task.
Civil and structural engineering
A civil engineer is a professional who designs and supervises the construction of public infrastructure. Structural engineering is a specialization of civil engineering. Therefore, a structural engineer receives training on civil engineering in addition to structural engineering requirements.
Electro mechanical engineering
An electromechanical engineer is responsible for designing and building a variety of devices that blend electrical and mechanical components, from computers and soda bottling machines to missile guidance systems and equipment used for gas systems. Job duties include working with other engineers and clients to determine the scope of projects and then designing and building systems that fit customer needs.
Wide range engineering surveying
Engineering surveys means all survey activities required to support the sound conception, planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation of engineered projects, which include locating or laying out alignments, positions, or elevations for the construction of fixed works. The term does not include the surveying of real property for the establishment of land boundaries, rights of way, easements, and the dependent or independent surveys or resurveys of the public land survey system.
Environment engineering studies and reports
Engineering surveys means all survey activities required to support the sound conception, planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation of engineered projects, which include locating or laying out alignments, positions, or elevations for the construction of fixed works. The term does not include the surveying of real property for the establishment of land boundaries, rights of way, easements, and the dependent or independent surveys or resurveys of the public land survey system.
Urban designs
Urban design is the design of towns and cities, streets and spaces. It is the collaborative and multi-disciplinary process of shaping the physical setting for life – the art of making places. Urban design involves the design of buildings, groups of buildings, spaces and landscapes, and establishing frameworks and procedures that will deliver successful development by different people over time.
Soil investigations
Soil investigation for type and consolidation of ground for assessing the degree of excavation difficulties. are generally contracted to soils (geotechnical) consulting engineering firms. Each proposed tank site requires a site-specific soils investigation
Water treatment and sewage units
The firm has established records in designing small scale water treatment facilities for municipalities as well as food and beverages plants. Enma expertise extends to design sewage treatment (or domestic wastewater treatment, municipal wastewater treatment) is a type of wastewater treatment which aims to remove contaminants from sewage to produce an effluent that is suitable for discharge to the surrounding environment or an intended reuse application, thereby preventing water pollution from raw sewage discharges.[2] Sewage contains wastewater from households, factories and possibly pre-treated industrial wastewater.
Reservoirs, dams, tunnels designs
Arch dams are made from concrete. They are curved in the shape of an arch, with the top of the arch pointing back into the water. An arch is a strong shape for resisting the pushing force of the water behind the dam. Arch dams are usually constructed in narrow, steep sided valleys. They need good rock for their foundations, and for the sides of the valleys, to resist the forces on the dam.
